I've searched and can't find who or what drops the Rhiss Mark-20 pistol... Does anybody know?

They drop off the Outcast Assassins in the webweaver cave in the Dead Forest. You can also loot a carbine and rilfe from there as well.

I already got the Rilctur Carbine and Vershyi Sharpshooter from them, I guess it was just by chance that I didn't get this one as well...

BTW, is it just me or does it seem like the Kkowir Forest area (and by association, the Myyydril Caverns) is *the* place to lootthe majority of thenew weapons? I swear, I've gotten about20 unique weapons to drop there so far, and that's not even counting Necrosis!
