for a while now I have been trying to locate a list or guide that sheds some light in putting a lot of the junk items together to build a device, component, or item.

For instance, how are the broken electrobinoculars used, or the taloscope, or the datapads ... ??

Is there a guide out there that covers them? Thank you much in advance for your time..
