My suggestion would be to look under Item > Generic

It's where a lot of RoTW loot seems to end up. GL!

2 suggestions,

First, most people won't sell them on the default list because the 20k max is too low.

so change to the vendor list (far right button in the bazaar list)

change to all planets

Choose Misc (actually click on it so it shows the items)

Then on the lower left for filter type "cyber" without the quotes.

If anyone has them on a vendor anywhere, it will show up.

no, these are definitively NOT anywhere in the item lists.

as a merchant if i place a cyber arm on a vendor and then check the item list of just that vendor, if i click any category (yes including MISC) the cyber arm cannot be found.

you can only see it if you click ALL thus they have not been categorised as yet...
