Sure they can use it, but they will get no use from it. I have tested this myself. And it doesnt increase the amount of damage healed or the down time in between heals.

i mean when jedi use stim.... have jedi bonus whith this CA when use STIM ? not abilities

right it should work but i tested it out with a +16 and i healed for the same amount without ca...

This does not help with stims. Stims heal you for the power amount shown in the description of the stim. This mod improves the amount healed when using the bacta shot/jab/spray/toss abilities.
