ok so someone in another forum said that you get the schem from black sun NPC in DWB, and that you also need NS vibro motors, WTH you need those for I have no clue since from the picture it is obviously *NOT* a vibro weapon, but if anyone can either confirm or deny this, and even better post a screeny of the opened schematic that would RULE.
