i have a feeling it is to be returned to an npc for a quest thing. I cant drop it in my house or anything.

You turn it in to the Mayor of Bestine. I think it's when Sean wins the vote. Not sure which mayor though. If you talk to each of them you will see which one asks for the Tusken head.

No the Beserk is from The Corvette, Thats the one that Used to do heat damage "Pre-CU", that now dose Kinetic "i think" that dose even less damage than a 5,000 Credit Tuskan Rifle (and still costs 1.5 Million Minimum".
