Does the Defense vs Dizzy, Stun, Blind, Intimidate, Knockdown mods still work? Anyone know?

i know my def vs stun goes up in my skills mod box, but havent really tested to see if i get stunned any more or any less... till i find out if its broken or not i'll keep on my def stun 18 pants... especially since the stun tissues arent in anymore from what i was told by a tailor...

If it aint in your skillbox mod and you dont see it as mods for any tiers, its out of the game. Kinda bummed on this because I had +75 in dodge CA's.
