Tested this shot with my t21 520.68 dps for me and i did 87 dmg i mean it aint deadly as i says so any1 knows if this thing is bugged??

It's supposedly like pre CU sniper shot in that it does very low damage, but can DB.

I hope they are. The Grevious cyborg arm i got for 1.5m, its special atk, cyborg lightning, could not have been more useless. I think it did prolly maybe 50 dmg where as i can almost 20x that amount with my rifle...This is supposed to be the high qlty loot in the game. yet all it gives me is a big nice armor hole and a sucky special..oh and a 5% chance of an electrical atk..goody

Note that I said "supposedly". Therefore, that means I was saying it MIGHT DB.. I was only basing it off of someone else's description of it, which apparently was false.
