I pulled several off Nightsisters tonight, i believe they both came off of spell weavers but I think they can drop off any of them.

Most of the ones that dropped before are still dropping crystals. NS's are your best bet for power crystals, but all I ve seen so far are "good" rated ones.

Tusken Raiders, which I grinded out 3 combat professions on, definitely used to drop them constantly for me. I don't think any turned out to be great ones but I didn't get them graded for months afterward. Don't rule them out.

generic 109 level mobs and dark adepts (134 level i guess) on dantooine are drop quality crystals.
Crystal Hunters (surprise!) on Dantooine aredrop fair crystals. There are also different bulk of low level force-related mobs drop it to.
Dark Jedi Masters (and Knights i guess) are drop premium crystals. They are 264-289 level. But there is not point to hunt them for crystals, they also drop descent SEA.
