the reason premiums and flawless dont drop is cause they devs STILL havent adjusted from the last second change when the CU was on TC where they made group level the highest group member, as opposed to a sum of the group members.

this is significant because dragons in the old CUsystem were maybe lvl 275-300. a group of say, 6 jedi knights, would probably be level 300 and bealbe to take down one of these. they adjusted the CLVL on the dragons (80-90ish now), however they have yet to adjust the loot.

i think that instead of having pearls become too common, they are waiting so they dont make a mistake and make them too easily obtainable.
