You get them from Sordaan, in the kashyyk Hunting grounds. Its the reward for the 2 nd or 3 rd bet. It is a mid level carbine.

I've heard of people getting these...so where?!?!?! I know it's not a "stun" carbine anymore but it looks like the Geonosian Stun Pistol but much bigger.
