Confirmed. Tier 4 and 5 Black Sunsmay drop these helmets. Warvog Arkon in Nym's hotel gives tier 4 Black Sun destroy duties to rebels. Some people get them after 6 missions, some haven't got them after 600 missions. It's a very rare drop.

Where i can loot the blacksun helmet?
im reb pilot and think i cant do the duty mission for the guy at dantooine MO, found a respawn point for tier1-2 blacksuns but someone told i can only loot it from blacksun ace pilots is that true and where i can find some?

I believe they can only be looted from tier 4+ blacksuns. I am an RSF pilot and I looted one doing my tier 4 duty missions, which are all against blacksuns. Killed thousands of blacksuns doing the tier 1-3 duties and got nothing, did 6 tier 4 duties and got one. You could try doing an RSF duty mission. I am not sure if Rebel's can, but if you want to try, the NPC is in Theed palace near the back. More specifically, in the room across the hall fromt he Theed Librarian.
