What quest is it that I can get the +10 to range cybernetic arms? Who starts it?

i think that might be the quest in the myyydril caverns..theres a doc in there called dr kinesworthy or sumthin..gotta talk to all the ppl and do the quests for them before u get to him

yep Kenwa is right. If you want another arm that gives you +5 ranged distance start in Bestine Cantina with an NPC at the bar.

Yeah, doctor Kinsworthy's second or so quest gives a +10 ranged distance arm, but stat mod is also -10 ranged accuracy, so is kinda useless as accuracy is more important IMHO.

wait a min the guy in bestine gives u an arm thate give 10+ accuracy and +10 ranged defence

No he gives +5 range +5 Acc and Minus 5 to the melee counterparts
