I doubt it being it was a marketing ploy to get people to purchase more of the retail box sets. They did the same thing with JTL except it was with the preorder you got the flash speeder. This was not tradeable or craftable. The barc is at least tradeable.

Anyway to repair a disabled BARC? First time I rode mine, it got instantly owned by a storm trooper. (How do they manage one shot disabling anyway, all the movies seem to show them as poor marksmen)

Master artisans can make a BARC repair kit, using asteroid resources, try looking for one from them.

There is no Barc quest. Ignore the dishonest poster who implied that there was going to be.
