I'm not talking about just the +25 items that have been so hotly debated on these boards recently, either. Are factional NPC's still the best bet? Coming into the CU a bit late and it seems the loot tables have been changed up...Any help would be appreciated, thanks!

same things as pre-cu.. i dont think the attachment loot tables changed at all
