Does anyone know what NPCs (and where) these are currently dropping from?

The original post on the subject said they were dropping off of level 3 named NPCs in Bestine, but my searches there over the last few days seem to show that they are no longer spawning.

Any help would be awesome!

Supposedly they drop off named NPCs in Bestine.

That's were I got mine (also the Drinking Pitcher schematic) - from Level 3 named NPCs in Bestine. (about 2 weeks ago)

I had to go to the edge of the city as I am a rebel and had to avoid all the imp NPCs. I believe it was up a hill near the starport and I found a little group of them that kept respawning.

It is not a common loot if you do find the NPCs. In the space of about an hour and a half I looted loads of Kitchen Utensils, 5 Drinking Pitchers and only 2 Fish Displays, one of whichwas only lootedright at the end of that session.

I haven't heard of any other NPC that drops these yet and so if they have stopped spawning I don't know where you would look.

I tried to find these guys on and off over the last week but all I could find were those Imp Storm Commandos (or whatever) that, for some unknown reason, only attack Imps.

I was looking more around the city, though, so next time I'm run around the outskirts and see what I can drag up!

Ok, if you head out of the starport in Bestine, hang a right towards the bazaar, keep going past the cloning center and up the hill. As you keep going, you should see a small slave housing project. Follow the street through the housing project until you exit it and you should see several spawns of both animals and NPC's. Last time I was there looting, there were several named NPC's mixed in with some Desert Swoop Leaders. As you kill the named guys, the number of Desert Swoop Leaders increased until there are no more named guys. If you kill off the Desert Swoop Leaders, the named guys will start spawning again. This was probably 2 weeks ago, so no idea if this is still the case or not, but it may be worth a shot if you're that desperate for these loots.

As for the imp storm commandos, I noticed that too. These guys are actually rebels with bugged names. I saw some that were called Elite Desert Storm Troopers. Well, it was pretty obvious to me that since these guys weren't in ST gear and had friggin REBEL symbols above their heads that they must have been spys sent by the rebellion.

Anyways, good luck with finding those schematics you're after.

I haven't been able to find the right guys since the last patch. Been out there three times, gonna keep looking.

I think it may have been messed up with some nest spawns that were all over the place out there last time, but I'm not sure.

Leaning towards declaring it bugged, but I'm not quite positive yet.

I'll also run around tonight when I get home and see if there are any out there.

Like the other guy said, I've been having a hard time finding anything since the last patch.

I should have gotten these items for the museum when I had the chance, but RotW just came out and man are those quests fun!!!

I think they need to bump the house item storage limit again... the West branch of the musuem is almost full and I've started setting up the East branch... but it'll be a while before there are enough items to make the East branch look nice!

I went to the slums, and am finding only level 4 Evil Nomads, and level 14 Jabba Swooper's some times they spawn level 14 named peeps, but that is it. Nadda anything else.
