Yes, you need ROTW to use/wear cybernetics, which is really sad.

I don't know. I died and had an arm ripped off and replaced by an unsophisticated, unfuturistic, metal stick like arm. I have been using a proton carb too...I don't have the expansion...

to get them yes, to just use them i'm not sure. wouldn't think so, try dieing a few times and see if they stick a cybernatic on you

i got one too wheni didn't had ROTW so i needed to grind on dantooine and got killed by a BH and then i cloned to a shrine and boom.. i got a new arm
