i´ve been trying to get some AS tapes for some weeks now without luck. I got an AS assembly tape from an auction two weeks ago but i´m unable to loot or find any auctions that sell AS experimentation tapes on Infinity. While i see lots of combat and Jediand WS/Artisan/Droid tapes there are none for Armorsmiths.
Are there any specific mobs that drop AS tapes or don´t they drop at all anymore?

Your best bet is to do some Master Bounty Hunter mission, those mobs drop quite a few SEAs.
If you dont have Bounty Hunter, then you can do Large Aakuan Champion missions on Talus, the Champions tend to drop SEA's.
Although you'll be very lucky to get a specific SEA.

i´ve been doing lots of those missions, but never got any good loot, got one SEA once which was for combat.
I know chances are low that i will loot one myself, but seeing how many tapes are for sale on the trade forums just no AS ones makes me a little suspicious if they still drop at all.

they still drop on radiant and from lvl82 aakuans. at least thats where i lucked out.

oh, and you wanta talk about hard to find, try looking for shipwright assembly ca's.

got an as experimentation 4 tape off of a novice bh mission a week ago.

got a CA off a BH mission the other day, has +7 armor experiment.. also has +5 LS experiment.. guess what im gonna use it for?
