Thread: BOUNTY HUNTER LOOTS AND STUFF

So the word around the camp fire is that bh loots are going to get nerfed soon is that true? I also hear that some jedi's are complaining that bounty hunters are getting better loot drops then jedi
my point of view is that everything is for sale thats what the bazzar terminals are for and vendors
lets keep the good thing happen for a change guys.
Will the loot totally be "nerfed", I doubt it. Will the tables be adjusted some, likely.
Not because we BH's are getting "uber lewt" but because we are getting the same loot pretty much at novice that we are getting at master.
Are people screaming? Yes they are, but it's "fair" to have DJM's be an Imperial only mission and drop stuff. It's fair to have Necrosis, an NPC that takes little time for a couple of Jedi to drop loot. And it's fair for AFK macro people to camp the Aa'kuan cave, but the minute someone actauly tries to actively hunt something that doesn't require a Jedi to complete, the masses cry.
Of all people I actually read some posts from Smugglers complaining about the BH missions. 75% or more of the loot is FOR THEM, yet they cry. It's amazing how much forum people are like four year olds in the back of a van on a long trip.

I have a master smuggler/mbh and yes we are crying because the bh missions (about 90% of them anyway) drop some kind of 2nd tier or higher slicing component. No other npc's drop them at this rate. This gives the bh the opportunity to monopolize the slicing industry by dictating the majority of the cost for higher end slicing components. Not all bh's are smugglers and this IS why they are crying. The loot tables in SWG are completely screwed up. Just look at it...
You still loot worthless crap that has not worked since the game went live.
Some people go months on end without even coming close to looting some "uber" piece of loot.
CA's/AA's STILL have broken mods on them and those tend to be the higher mod (if multiple mods are on the attachment) making you waste valuable sockets to get the good working mods.

Considering some of the smuggler loot was selling for MILLIONS before the BH missions were changed and now they sell for 250k max the smugglers should be happy as hell. They should hope that each mark killed drops 5 of those things, imagine how low the price will go then. And don't forget that smugglers STILL set the price on the slicing industry.

let the smugglers have there own set of missions to get sliceing items.
Thats coming in the smuggler revamp.....ROFLMAO. Sorry could not resist. This would be a great idea though.

Are u really suprised that some of them they think because of 'their hard work in the ryatt trails' to deserve the best loot in the game ?

lol, they will soon get bored of killing 35K ham mobs, that heal faster than master doc on speed.
Only to loot a "jar of foraged bugs" and a few creds![]()

It's because BHes now have the market cornered on many types of loot. enhanced power cells, BH armor, good slicing components, you name it.
See, Necrosis is fair because anyone can do it. AFKing the Aa'kuan cave isn't exactly fair, but anyone can do it. The problem with this is it's giving some of the highest level loot in the game all to one profession, and that's just not fair.
