IfI have, say, a bracer with 3 sockets, and I drop in an AA thats Heal Eff +1, Pistol Def +5, Gen Ranged Acc +2, can I drop anything else onto it? Or would it not accept more SEAs? That is, say, I tried to drop a HE +9, Droid Assembly +14 AA onto the same bracer to raise its HE value. Would the HE get bumped up to 9, and the DA get dropped since theres no more sockets and it already had HE? Would it stick the HE if HE were the high mod? Or would it just not let me drop anything else onto that bracer at all?

If you have a bracer with 3 sockets and your Attachment has 3 stats, that will fill all of the sockets and you won't have any left "Basically you won't be able to drop anything else into it".
