i haven't done a faction mission in ages so this may not be the case, but at one point you could mission for surface mashals on dant.

Either later today or sometime tomorrow, I'm going to be popping around to every NPC Rebel city on my server to see if I can find any of these guys. I'll let you know if I find any

There's a POI in the northern part of Rori, I can't remember the name. It's the rebel version of the weapons facilty on Naboo. I hear that they spawn there.

I went to the hyperdrive facility on Rori 2 daysagoand it was Imperial. the strange thing was it had Reb banners lol.

Yeah, I had to stop the search because of a good shift of hide. But a friend of mine told me that he saw one the other day ina player droped outpost.

Dont bother searching NPC cities for Surface marshalls, they dont spawn there. Also dont bother trying to do missions for them, they dont spawn in missions anymore either. The Hyperdrive facility is now the only place to find these guys, and the drop rate for the schematic is very low, so be prepared to spend some time there. If the facility is the same faction as you, then find a opposite faction player willing to go inside anduse the terminals to trigger the base shutdown (you may need the same professions needed to kill a faction base). Once this is done, the base will change to the othr faction, then you can farm it for the schematic. The Hyperdrive facility has been same faction for a long time on my server primary, so the ability to shutdown and takeover the base might be broken.

rebel hq detachments spawn give out the schematic....I've gotten two in the last few days while base busting.
