used to be bh loot pre-pub 22, they were bugged, changed the weapons to blast dmg

yup
the pre-fix scopes change kinetic weapons to energy and energy weapons to blast (and blast weapons do 1 damage evry time 
)

Didn't know they nerfed them, Wow lucky I got a FW5 made with one of these (+60 accuracy) before then. SAC capped too @ 65

They only changed it to blast damage if the gun you were making was energy damage. If it was kinetic damage gun, it would make it energy damage.

Blixtev said they would revert to their intended state with the next patch. Use dev tracker.
