It's so you cannot give other people the rewards, thereby forcing them to buy the expansion for themselves.

I completely agree, any and all quest reward clothing/armour/jewelry etc should be an item that every player race can wear.
I'm not a wookie, but i know many and i can just imagine the uproar if the creature handler necklace isn't equipable by wookies.... /ponder i wonder what Milteck would do... hmmmm...

Well, isnt that the point of choosing your species? All species have a specific advantage to them This is a perfect example of it.

Working As Intended

We will eventually get more because that is the way of the game. Wasn't there a time where wookiees couldn't wear armor? They're adding new stuff for everybody all the time. Just wait it out.

Why is it that quest items cannot be used by all species. I know that I post about the reward for master and ace pilot way back and basicly got ignored... as a Wookiee I should have been able to trade those items on for something that I could wear or use.

Now, there are items that have stats that could be useful ( i.e. minor medallion with fire resistance) that I cannot wear as a Wookie. I worked just has hard as anyone else to get the item... if it is a special quest item where I do not have a choice in what I receive I should be able to use it. Not to mention it is both No Trade and Bio? I can Bio the Mustafar Mining Suit which has BOOTS!

In closing, Tiggs or any Dev that reads this, I know you all are very busy and that a lot of work went into this release and changes will happen, please, PLEASE! make one of the changes to make all quested items usable by any species.

Thanks,

i think if a wookiee can fit in that silly padawan suit they should fit into one of those new spiffy cloaks.

and when i chose life as a wook there were no spce helmets or cloaks that wooks couldnt wear so these issues were put onto me, perhaps if we would have known that we would have been ignored some of us would have chosen a differnet species. its not like wookies get any huge advantage that makes up for not being able to use 75% oif the loot thats out there.
i understand armor restrictions because they dont make it that big. but as for a cloak a wook isnt much bigger than a trandosian. and if they make small ones for bothans, why cant they use the extra materiel off those for wook wear?
seriously.
Wook jedi are super hosed, even more hosed than regular jedi

The only reasons wookiees got armour is because they basically threatened to crash the servers. All the wookiees on the servers gathered in one place as a protest. Shortly after the devs announced ceremonial armour and then a few months later two new armours came out. You would think the devs would have learned, but nope. Clearly not a smart bunch of people.

So who's with me? Another wookiee sit in to make all the Mustafar items useable by wookiees!!!

Count me in, this is just rediculous. CU took away the advantage of stat points wookiees had, now we get 100 extra health pts, wee.

Don't forget the new creature handler necklace that allows you to tame +10 levels above what you could isn't wearable by wookiee's or ithorian's. So those CH's can't even be on-level with "normal" CH's.
