Is this quest soloable by a full template lev 80? also is it the last quest from obi that gives it or the 1st or what because I'd like to get the lava skiff on other characters.

Uhm...the lava skiff was given by someone else...I believe it's the same NPC that drops the Kursk Robe.

From what I recall...there's a location where the Trinity spawn. These are Jedi with an intresting charater appearance. I believe they are also near the NPC that starts the Archelogist Quest story line.



The NPC that drops the Kursk and LavaSkiff is timed upto 3 hours and the placeholder is in the dome like ruin...near the center of the camp. XOS also spawns in this area...

lava skiff dropped by lord vartonis, Lvl 110 Jedi npc. Even tho you get a super buff, he can still beat you. He is the last guy for the Obi quest.

This lev 110 guy, is it possible to get lava skiff off him without gettin the quest. Can i just go to where he spawns and try and get him. Anyone have coords for him? or a general direction lol

The lava skiff is from the obi-wan quest NOT from san'sii.

I can confirm this. I looted the skiff from the Lord V on the last quest of Obi Wan. It's looted and definately not quested. If you don't loot Lord V, you don't get a lava skiff. The quest is non groupable but very doable if you've got a head on your shoulders. Took me down in one hit for 8k damage the first time through. Second attempt I kicked his butt in a matter of seconds and I'm no Jedi.


Skiff is slower than the Desert Skiff. Go figure.
