I *think* they are black imperial faction armor boots. Sorry I don't know what the name would be though if I am right.

Yep, looks like imperial assault armor boots. Either with weird lighting make them look black or they really are black.

Those boots look very ungainly and ackward...I wouldnt want to trip over something wearing those boots, nor would I wear those boots to marching band practice (if I was in a marching band hehe)
