Needs some 411 to dispell some of the myths and rumors I heard around the forums about these things. Need to see if the rumors/myths can be confirmed and are true. I heard that once a legendary item of any type on that server drops it is forever locked on that server till the item is destroyed and that "legendary" item will never drop again. Also does this apply to exceptional weaponry and is there a counter system to see how many exceptional items are on a server of a particular type and if this counter system reaches a particular number does the exceptional weaponry drop for that item decrease or just plain stop?

Does it really matter?

I don't think I'll ever get a legendary item, perhaps Santa will put one in my stocking this year.
