theres been alot of these being looted on my galaxy with DoTs so i wondered why i could possibly loot them from.

Nym Droidekas on Lok frop VKs with Dots.

99.9999999% of the time they will be rubbish. I got one the other day with a Mind Poison DoT.

I found a nice health fire vk off of a SithNPC during phase 3. Haven't seen any vk's drop since phase 4 so maybe I was just lucky, but they do drop them from time to time.

Warlord NPC's on lok drop them. As well as all sorts of weird melee weapons. I even got a ryyk blade from one this past week.
