Thread: Bug With Vet Rewards

Last week I logged onto one of my accounts that had been active for a year to claim my 12 month reward. I had already had the 3 and 6 moths rewrads on the account. No box appeared for me to select my 12 month reward, checked the date was right and sent in a ticket and they replied they were trying to fix it.
Has anyone else come across this? Or any mention of when this is going to be fixed? Until it is my 900+max LVA is staying in my bank unused

Did you claim them on another server? You can only claim once per account.

Only have multiple accounts on Tarq and I have had no problem with any of my accounts the accounts that were eligible for all rewrads got them. This is for people that have time to go between claiming the rewrads the day they came out and doing enough time to qualify for another one. The box should pop up and doesn't and the command for the other vet rewards doen not work on this.
