Howdy folks...a party of 5 (lvl80) went out fully buffed and armored with a doc and cm too (experienced TC players) and we all got waxed in 7 hits.
I was the first to go with a one shot hit of a whopping
4967 dmg!
The rest of the crew went down in 3 sec after that.
Would anybody care to elaborate what the 5 lvl 80's did wrong?
Has the game become impossible for certain things?

Got to love it. Even when you're grouped, you can't kill creatures.

same with elders, you can take a group of 8 if you want, but they seem to be resistant to root, intimidate and all other states, least you have to take a few attempts to get them to stick. But did I mention She will kill a group of 8 in 16 seconds? I don't care what armor you have or defenses. Nothing can counter a 10k hit.

They released it a tad early and have not finish re-balancing everything for the 50th time.

lol i remeber they used to tell us what lvls to test. they only got to like 15-50 and there are like 400 lvl npcs out there. also, they told us mainly to test on the non-adventure planets. how was the CU rdy to be released. they took out the high-end content stuff for us. unless you can gather a grp of 100 and keep cloning going back until u've killed it. i know grping is good but....

I tried to solo a GDK (lvl 150) on TCEP3 two days ago. Just stay out out of range and kite use snare/root. They are pretty slow.
My problem was that I run out of action all time (which dont seem to be a problem in live) and when the GDK got to far away from the original spawn location it started to run back and health regenerated. With a bit more patience and better tactics I could probably take it.
But I also got on-hit incapped when I frist run into the beast. But after that it did not manage to hit me again.

And on the other hand, there are animals bigger and more intimidating than the GDK, walking around in packs that even Rifleman can solo...
GDK > Krayt Ancients...

Until they rebalance creature levels to the max of 80 they promised a day or two ago, it's totally pointless to try to fight anything over 80.
Forget about the GDK, I ran through a pack of level 140 Cannibal Dewbacks on Tat that all hit me twice a second for 12k total each and I'm level 80.
