Ok prolly not the right place to put this but... worth a shot... who has the real answer on how u get this ugly limbs? I was told dying and not cloning but that didnt work...

I thought they were supposed to be part of a quest but others have them and did no quest...

NE one know?

mechalimbs {as i call them} are not actually 'ingame'

there are on live as a mistake

you do get them from dieing and cloneing 'uninsured' but it is comepletely random

you may get one at first death you may get one after 50 deaths

you may get a left arm or a right arm or legs

but they are junk limbs, no bonus, no stats, disallows wearing of ceratin items, cannot equip armor on slots that are cybernetic.

andfrom patch notes for tonight, looks like they will be gone anyways until RotW when they should really be ingame.

i got one after dieing 5 times

im a TKM so i dont mind having one because i dont need to wear armor. its kind of ugly but it is unique and not too many people have them. i think i am the only wook on my server with a cyber limb

When you do get a death penalty cybernetic limb, and possibly want it removed,
just travel to a place such as Cnet, second floor medical centic and talk to the specialist found there.

I wrote a guide on how to get one in the Game Guides section... but since they patched it, you can no longer get one.

Yes, they went live in error. It's a random death penalty for not cloning.Intended as a new money sink. The limbs offer no bonus or stat improvements.Prevents wearing of certian items. And you need to see a specialist to remove them. But not for free. The cost to havea death penalty limb removed is 1000 credits.

The system was disabledwith the hot fix publish on May 1st. I do not know if it is going to be reimplimented when ROTW is offically released.
