I need to find a schem for a proton carb anyone know where they my drop or if they are a quest item?

I'm after the Proton rifle myself, I have a bad feeling thatthey areROTW exclusive schems unless the quests/loot is either inaccessible or in some obscure corner of the galaxy =(

As far as I know neither of the Proton weapons have been found yet.

most likely loot or even more likely a quest item in ROTW, specially considering the post on the high-end instanced dungeon in the ROTW beta
