whats the best place (or npc's) to loot jedi attachments??

Well through my experiances jedi cas are randomly spawned through npcs that drop seas. So your best bet is to look for npcs that spawn tonsa seas (inwhich you can find which spawn lots by looking through the boards) But if your looking for higher seas then what those drop try the godly DJK/DJM heh. Or try medicore dropers like mauraders or faction npcs (lvl 26-30 faction npcs drop crap for best i got was +7 but I heard higher lvl ones drop up to +15 seas meaning the lvl 78-80 ones) Or sith npcs I heard are good droping higher then the tonsa spawning sea npcs =P

I got a Force accuracy +9 CA from a sith during my phase 1 quest.

I'm assuming the CA is wanted to *add* to TK's innate armor. Don't know that for sure, but it'd make sense to me...otherwise, even a +25 Innate Armor (max you can get, correct?) wouldn't hold a candle to wearing armor I would think. Could easily be wrong...
