I dont know this is a crazy idea but i just thought id post it lol...
Before the NS Buff and the CU i had killed ATLEAST 100 elders, and several thousand of the other NS each.
And well...the best thing i got was +2 Rifle crawl speed, along with a large assortment of crap pikes.
While some guildies go out, kill 10 of the things and get +10 2h speed, +5 armor exp etc.
Almost everytime they go out.
Does anyone else not get jack crap?
Or get a TON of stuff?

My understanding is that the loot tables are random, but here an article that should help explain it better.

lol that article is comedy...
"Basically, loot should be relative to the level of the NPC so that the reward makes sense. For instance, killing an NPC named Razor whose title is Dark Lord of the Universe should not result in a loot item that is a CDEF pistol." You mean exactly like the way it works in live now....
they ruined looting by trying to tie loot to NPC type as opposed to level. Having a generic NPC loot table tied to level will make dynamic missions perfectly viable for the loot game, as opposed to static spawn and static mission camping
