Do cybernetics decay when you have them attached? If so, what happens when they run out of condition, do they become unusable, or just repair up to 10 points like ship chassis?
(sorry if this is a noob question, but I'd like to know beforeI start using them in battles 
)

yep they decay, and stop working. there is a cyber screen where you can view them, but i can't see to actually see anything useful on it. good news is you just go to a cyber doc and get them repaired. do it often i guess

yes but you have to do it before you attach it...
