Thread: HELP! My items disappeared in trade!

Last night I was trading with Fynn, about 11 items for 525k. In th etrade window, I had to cancel to bank tip him cause I didn't have the cash. He hit ok at the same time I hit cancel. The items disappeared from his inventory and never made it to mine. We submitted tickets but I am at work. Has anyone ever dealt with this? If so is it fixable?

submit a ticket. IIRC the CSRs have a log of every trade window transaction and they can restore the items to whatever party should get them.
