No you'll have to buy a new one the only things that come back from death are Flash Speeders and the BARC Speeders.

And to clarify that a little, Flash speeders don't ever repair. You can just get a new one by typing in (IIRC) /flashspeeder. It will give you a new deed.

Um, just to clarify, you can repair your Flash Speeder at any garage, just not if it gets to the (disabled) state. You can repair any vehicle at a garage as long as it isn't disabled. The Flash Speeder, once disabled, can be replaced by deleting it and doing the /flashspeeder command which costs 20000 credits and gives you a new deed. The BARC can be repaired with a BARC Repair Kit (may be Refurbishing Kit, since that is the name of the actual command)if it gets disabled.

In case you're in the middle of Endor when it goes boom, and it's your only mode of transportation. You don't need to walk 5000m to the nearest starport or try to talk someone in to coming and picking you up. The kit seems like more of an "emergency repair", especially with the expense (made with semi-rare materials).

They should make it so you can repair any vehicle that's disabled at a garage. I'd even be fine with dropping 100k on a speeder if they did this (so the artisans get their pay), but it's just silly to consider speeders and vehichles "disposable".

Or maybe they could make "disposable" ones for the new guys that only have a couple thousand credits, and make repairable ones that the vets can buy. Walking around with a crate of swoops that can be turned in to scrap with a couple blaster bolts seems weird.

I think anyone that's had an AV-21 disabled would probably agree with me.

Well, cars are "disposable" if you total them. (disabled) is equivalent to totalling the speeder. Plus, for the economy, anything that can be destroyed means another sale for a crafter. That's a GOOD thing.
