The cybernetic arm wich does the lightning dmg on a mele weapon along with the electric charge skill I have a quick question about it.
If you are fighting unarmed (not using a ranged or melle weapon) then does each punch and kick do electric dammage, or does equiping this arm on an unarmed fighter (TKS) be a waste of cash?

it is only 5% chance of doing addtional electric damage, and the special is lame lol.
don't spend money EVER on crybernetics, the quests are easy. Also Necrosis drops the arm and ship every time you kill him.

I'm looking to find out were to start the quest for the Lighting Cybernetic Arm. If you could help me by letting me now on what planet and were on the planet that would be great. Thank You

you get it from the myydrill caves by killing nk necrosis (greavious copy) its an easy fight if you have at least one mdef and a elite ranged profession...but if you dont want to fight them i have them for sale at the mos nova mall on tat in mos nova city on lowca server....wow what a shamless plug
