Okay, I will give up my hunting spot................. East out of Kadaara Naboo. lvl 17+ Trade Federation NPC's drop the kits. Looted 5 kits in 25 kills. Other basic level slice components also drop from misc. NPC's in the area. Some say this is Naboo-wide, but I only know about the Kadaara area. Happy looting................................

I'm on scylla, and i've killed about 100 mercenaries on lok and I have yet to see a simple tool kit (most basic component for new smuggling system). Does anyone know the drop rate? Should I lose hope?


For only producing a 4% slice.. these things really ought to drop off meatlumps.

I found one on Bloodfin after killing a cl111 NPC on Dant. I really feel sorry for the smuggler profession if these are the kind of things you have to kill in order to get the most basic tools.
