Crafted BH Armor is what BH armor looted before the CU converted into, it is not player made. The difference is any BH armor looted post CU is not actually armor, nor wearable, and is only useable as a component in making mandolorian armor. The pre-CU looted stuff is still wearable until the owner "converts" it using the radial menu into the new style. "crafted" bh armor cannot be used to make mandolorian armor until it has been converted to the new, no stat, non-wearable version
