Hi, I'm sort of new to flat-out loot hunting. So I am asking...what mobs tend to drop these most often? Also...where on earth do people get +25's?

also +25's no longer drop. DJM's use to drop them but due to publish 19 now drop onlu +19's or so.

nope off level 113 djms looted a heavy weapon defense +25 aa like two days ago. Just gotta kill alot of em.
