Just craft it with the best materials on your server used to make assault armor, because thats what it is, this just applies the skin to it.
HOWEVER, i would adivse not to craft it now, colors for helmets are currently bugged so you only get about 20 out of what is supposed to be 256 colors. And the 20 colors are all blacks/grays.

Does that mean you dont have to have the BH armor before you go into DWB or am I not understanding correctly?

u need a protective coating, binary liquid, alum mineral, and the corresponding piece of BH armor to the mando piece u intend to craft...unless u hope to get lucky and lootsome of the pieceson the way back...but the BH armor doesnt even drop in the bunker so it would be needed upon entry if u hope to craft any mando

what drops the pieces for mando and the schematics? i kno blacksun drop the BH armor pieces but do they also drop those other items?

the binary liquid and the protectivedrops off death watch npc's in the bunker...and the alum comes from the foreman's quest
