Is this still dropping? If so, from who? I cant find any Beldonas (sp?) missions on the terminals, and have not seen any in quite a while.

I dont know if their still dropping but i can tell you i got mine from looting bellabonna missions on coriella, taking missions from a player city. Also loot Victory and No-Division paintings from them.

Got one last night from a random spawn Beldonna NPC (very low level, 10-15 maybe) who wandered into my Aa'kuan mission.
