Have a bit of a strange issue regarding vet rewards today. I've played swg with 2 of my friends for a long time now. We started at the same time, we left for the same amount of time, and we've been back for the same amount of time.

Now here's the issue:

I was able to claim 5 rewards. One of my friends was able to claim 5 rewards. My other friend was only offered 4 rewards. We tried /claim to see if one was still available, it wasnt. She has logged out several times, for up to about 20-30 minutes, then logged back in. Still no 5th reward. We've reported this on a CS ticket, but was hoping maybe the community had faster workarounds.

Any ideas of how to claim the 5th or how/where to report this to get it resolved??
