I hope people who did this quest already get the arm too!!!
It worked with the clone armor so it should be no big thing to give it to the people who did it!!!
Same goes for the new phase 4 quest reward!!!

Its just a decoration arm by all accounts...has a nice description but no mods. Old jedi wont get it for a fact, and to be honest I doubt you would want it or be bothered to kick up a fuss because of it.

99% certain that the devs wont give them out retroactively...they might not even have a clue which jedi went the village path as opposed to pre-patch 9. You'll just have to buy one.

They can track what quests you have done and which not. They did it with the clone armor quest.
