I have two accounts on Kettemoor server. I claimed the no-maintenance harvester for both accounts and the 30k resources for both accounts. My toons share a house. I put all four rewards in a backpack in the house for my crafting toon. When I opened the backpack last night, one of each of the rewards was gone. I also couldn't pick up the other two deeds with the radial menu. I had to click and drag transfer them to my inventory. Has this happened to anyone else? Is this issue posted somewhere else. I know there is a fix on test for the "pick up" issue. But losing the rewards like that just plain kicks the wind out of you.

just make sure you put a ticket in explaining what happened i had a problem where i lost about 100k of copper, put it into a bag for my alt to go pick up so she could learn artisan and in the time it took to load my other character up the bag disapeared. I put in a ticket filled with as much information as possible and within three hours i had the resources back.
