OK, im pretty new and have a question about any of the weapons I am using.
I am a rifleman and am looking at diff. pistols and rifles and want to know do you want the speed to be higher or lower.
I ask this because i assumed you wanted the speed to be higher but read some diff. weaponsmith posts where they were going on and on about material they are using producing like 0.3 speeds.
so is 26.3 speed better then 0.3 speed????
I had a Laser rifle with 25% and bought a T21 with 29% and the T21 seems slower.

You want lower speed. Think of it as the delay between shots. So a 0.3 delay means that you can fire 3 shots per second! (not true, just conceptually) Alternatively, an 8 speed rifle can fire shots every 8 seconds. This is just a concept, there are skill mods for speed and other ways to lower the speed on a weapon, but the point is you want a lower speed to attack more often.

Until you get speed capped - then damage all the way

HOLY &%$#!!!!!!!!!!!!!! IVE BEEN PLAYING FOR 3 MONTHS AND I HAD THE SPEEDS WRONG????????? OH GOD!!!!!!
