I looted almost exactly the same reactor about a month ago on Bria. Nearly 38k energy, 28k mass (will be about 23k if I decide to RE it-I've had a lot of offers for it untouched for "museums" so I haven't decided yet.

Near same one I got. Mine was 38k output 33k mass. Re'd it to 39k output 28k mass. Works great.
