Yes, at least they are on Intrepid, I have bugged it several times as well as others I know.

Around 2 weeks ago I looted 47 GDK scales off of a spawn of 5 total GDK. Maybe they've broken it since?

kimogila scales or the ones with no stats used to make RIS? its teh ones used to make RIS that arent dropping. they have no stats.

The ones listed as "Giant Dune Kimogila Scales". No stats. Used to make R.I.S. Sold for 4 million each. Save for 2 that I made some R.I.S. pieces with.
