OK, is there a command to claim the veteran reward f the window is not open?

My stupid friend went on my account and clicked "remind me in a week". I didn't knwo and have just sold one of them on the trade forums. Do i have to wait a week to claim it or is there a command i can type in?

That command only brings up the one for the SoroSuub. Been through this with a friend already. She also clicked remind me in a week. CSR's said that there was not a command right now to type in. They also said that she would have to wait a week. This was an answer she got on a ticket yesterday.
