Hey all,
Just a simple question:
Do NS Biceps drop again or not? I heard diffrent statments on it: CSR says yes in chat players say no InGame.
If it drop can someone tell me which NS NPC do?

People say they do but no one can actually PROVE it.
They used to drop off NS Rangers, so if they are dropping again, look for those to kill.

This question was asked about a month or two ago and someone posted that he had looted one....True or false I can't tell:-)

Yes they do drop still but they are very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very hard to find. I would guess the drop rate is much worse then the black sun ace helmets

ithink it's good that there rare because it would be annoying to see every girl char with one.
